Scale breaking Support Roller:

Application scope: Acid washing, solid solution

Material selection: GCr15, GCr18Mo.


Process requirements: 

1. Quenching and tempering treatment HB280-320.

2. The surface hardness of the roller is HRC60-62, and the depth of the hardened layer is 5-7mm.

3. The supporting force is greater than 40KN, and the linear speed is 160m/min.

4. The difference in size values between each group shall not exceed 0.005mm.
