Material selection: GCr15, GCr18Mo.

Process requirements: 

1. Quenching and tempering treatment HB280-320.

2. The surface hardness of the roller is HRC60-62, and the depth of the hardened layer is 5-7mm.

3. Radial load Cr=230KN, Cor=370KN; Axial load Ca=45KN, Coa=250KN.

4. The difference in size values between each group shall not exceed 0.005mm.

5. Apply Mobil 460 grease to the shaft raceway, sealing ring lip, and sealing seat groove.

6. Both ends are sealed to prevent water from entering.

Common problems and solutions

1. Poor descaling effect

Reason: Insufficient water pressure or worn support rollers.

Solution: Adjust the water pressure parameters or replace the support rollers.

2. Abnormal operation of equipment

Reason: Motor malfunction or insufficient lubrication.

Solution: Check the operation status of the motor and replenish lubricating oil.  

3. Blockage of water circulation system

Reason: There are too many impurities in the water.

Solution: Regularly clean the filter to ensure clean water quality.  

4. The surface wear of the support roller is too fast

Reason: Insufficient hardness of the material or high ambient temperature during use.

Solution: Replace the support rollers with higher strength or optimize the production process.
