Material selection: GCr15, forging 9Cr2Mo, forging Cr12MoV Process requirements:

1. Quenching and tempering treatment HB280-320:

2. GCr15、 Forging 9CrMo roller surface quenching hardness HRC62-65 quenching layer depth 5-7mm; forging Cr12Mov roller body full body quenching hardness HRC61-63;

3. Magnetic flaw detection inspection is not allowed to have defects;

4. The two ends of the roller are symmetrical.
